So far, we have received submissions from 14 different countries, representing five different continents. After receiving a number of requests for brief extensions, we are extending our submission deadline by two weeks, to February 14, 2016. Please note that for both the IEEE stream and social sciences stream, we only require abstracts at this point. Authors wishing to have their papers considered for publication in IEEE XPlore will be required to submit a full paper within a month of notification of acceptance.
Gary is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Government of British Columbia. He has over 18 years experience in information technology, risk management, and cybersecurity. He is responsible for providing cybersecurity services in support of the province. We look forward to his insightful ideas on cybersecurity.

We are excited that Prof Benoit Dupont, Scientific Director – Smart Cybersecurity Network (SERENE-RISC), Université de Montréal, Canada, has accepted to deliver a keynote speech at ICCCF 2016. The SERENE-RISC is one of Canada’s networks of centres of excellence and he is going to share with the audience his most recent work on social interactions among malicious hackers based on analysis of trust exchanges conducted on beginner hacker forums.
